Terms and Conditions

1. Parties
Service Provider: Lucas Weisseldinger, sole trader operating under the trade name Départ Signature, SIRET 922 031 471 00035, APE code 7990Z.
Client: any natural or legal person placing an order for a travel planning consultancy service with Départ Signature.
2. Subject Matter
Départ Signature offers services of consultancy and creation of personalised travel itineraries. Under no circumstances does Départ Signature act as a travel agent, sell tourist packages, or make bookings on behalf of clients.
The client remains solely responsible for their accommodation, transport and activity bookings.

Départ Signature offers two types of services: à la carte packages and Club Signature subscriptions.
3.1 Packages à la carte

3.2 Club Signature Subscriptions

4. Specific Terms for Club Signature Subscriptions
4.1 Subscription and Recurring Payment
Club Signature subscriptions are subject to a recurring automatic direct debit on the client's bank card, processed by our secure payment provider Stripe (stripe.com), PCI-DSS certified.
- Monthly Club: charge of €19.99 on the subscription date, then automatically renewed each month on the same date.
- Annual Club: single charge of €220 on the subscription date, then automatically renewed each year on the same date.
The client will be informed by email before each annual renewal, with a notice period of 14 days.
4.2 Commitment minimum — Club Mensuel
Subscribing to the Monthly Club implies a minimum commitment of 6 months. During this period, no cancellation may be made. No refund for months already charged will be granted in the event of an early cancellation request during the commitment period.
After the 6-month commitment period, the subscription continues on a month-by-month basis with no commitment, cancellable at any time before the next renewal date.
4.3 Commitment annuel — Club Annuel
Subscribing to the Annual Club implies a commitment of 12 months. No partial refund will be granted in the event of cancellation before the end of the current annual period.
At the end of each annual period, the subscription is automatically renewed for a new year, unless cancellation is made before the renewal date.
4.4 Cancellation
During the commitment period (first 6 months for Monthly Club, 12 months for Annual Club): no cancellation is possible. The client cannot terminate their subscription before the end of the minimum commitment period. No refund will be granted for months already charged.
After the commitment period: in accordance with the French law of 9 March 2023 on online cancellation, the client may cancel their subscription at any time by sending a request by email to lucaswsldg@gmail.com. The cancellation will be processed within 48 working hours and will take effect at the end of the current period already paid.
Départ Signature reserves the right to terminate a subscription at any time in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or inability to provide the service, with notification by email to the client.
No pro-rata refund will be made for the remaining period after voluntary cancellation by the client.
4.5 Payment Failure
In the event of a failed payment, Stripe will automatically retry. If payment remains unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the subscription will be suspended and the client notified by email. Access to services will be restored once payment is settled.
5. Order and Validation — À la carte packages
All orders are initiated via the website contact form. An order is considered confirmed after:
- Receipt of the quote by the client
- Explicit agreement by the client on the quote
- Full payment of the service
The service begins only upon receipt of full payment.
6. Prices et paiement
Prices are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes. As a sole trader under the VAT exemption scheme (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code), no VAT is applicable.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal.
Full payment is required before the service begins. No partial deposit is accepted.
7. Delivery Time
The delivery time is indicated in the quote, generally 5 to 10 working days after receipt of payment, depending on the complexity of the project.
8. Amendments
The number of amendments included depends on the chosen package (see article 3). An amendment constitutes a reasonable adjustment to the existing itinerary. Any request for a complete redesign will be subject to a new quote.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Important: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with the prior agreement of the consumer.
By confirming their order and payment, the client expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
10. Liability
Départ Signature undertakes to provide advice based on its personal experience and research. However:
- Départ Signature cannot be held liable for changes in availability, prices or closure of recommended establishments
- As bookings are made by the client themselves, Départ Signature cannot be held liable for any problems during the stay
- Départ Signature strongly recommends that clients take out travel insurance
11. Intellectual Property
Itineraries, travel journals and documents produced by Départ Signature are intended for personal and non-commercial use. Any reproduction or resale is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction. French law shall apply.
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the client may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
